Meet Andrew
Andrew Hartwyk is a strategist and technologist with experience across startups, growth-stage companies, and enterprise organizations. He founded A. Hart Consulting LLC. to give organizations of all sizes access to direct, outcome-focused advisory work typically reserved for firms with larger budgets.
Andrew's work spans business strategy, organizational design, technology planning, and digital transformation. He brings a structured, first-principles approach to every engagement — asking hard questions before offering answers, and measuring success by outcomes, not outputs.
When he's not working with clients, Andrew travels to new countries, catches a match of futbol, hikes a new peak, and spends time with his kids and Rhodesian Ridgeback, Turk.
